First Day of Training

So I'm not really training for anything, but Johnny (my boyfriend)
has agreed to take me out to a park once a week to work out.
He's kinda like my very own personal trainer because he's not working
out with me, he's just standing there telling me what to do haha.

I asked him to do this for me, he's not being a meanie I swear!

Today was day 1 and let's face it, I'm out of shape.
I did a lot of sprinting, suicides, lunges and squats.
My legs feel like jelly right now haha!

He's just trying to help me get back to my high school "bod" haha!
It's actually very common for people to "let themselves go" after
high school, and I am one of those very common people who gained
a lot of weight after high school. So here's what I USED to look like!

That's my goal! :)

I just want to be athletic again and I want to
be proud of my body because I worked for it, you know?
Do you have any fitness goals? Let me know in the comments!

xo Jackie

    1. Thank you so much! I'm not expert, since I just started but I would definitely recommend starting small. Just start off with a long walk and just build from there! Good luck! WE CAN DO THIS!!! <3

    1. Don't worry so much about the number. For my I don't care what the scale says, I could weight 200 lbs but as long as I look good and feel great that's all that matters. Just stay active and definitely eat clean, that's something I really need to work on! :)

  4. I feel the same way jackie.. Before, I use to be thinner than I am right now. but then, I thought of something fun, yet healthy activity with my bf. and we decided to go jogging every sunday (our free time). and during spare time at home, I'm watching a youtube videos about pilates (blogilates channel) in particular, and I try to imitate the act.. so far I can see some improvement on my body. Having a balance diet + pilates feels so great and happy for the result.
