JaaackJack: Brazil World Cup 2014 Makeup Tutorial

So my second World Cup look I'm going to do is for BRAZIL since that is the country the World Cup is taking place in. I'm showing you 2 different looks. The first one is considered the more wearable one since it focuses on the eyes only. The second look is the hard core fan look and I decided I wanted to do two different looks because the first look is obviously designed for women, and the second look men & women could use!
